LAKE PAVILION

Our Lake Pavilion is a spacious room overlooking our beautiful lake.  It is equipped with a stage, movie screen, P.A. system, and kitchen facilities.  Many social functions and clubmeetings are held here.

    

 

CLUB ROOM

A smaller room with limited counter space and sink. This room is perfect for smaller groups or more intimate gatherings.

 

GALLERY ROOM

The Gallery Room is often reserved for fitness classes, meetings and small parties. It is available for resident use, with a reservation.  This room holds up to 60 people and has a pull down screen for videos or power points.  There is no kitchen facility or built in P.A. system in this room.

 

CONFERENCE CENTER

Our Conference Center boasts 3400 square feet of space that can be rented for larger weddings or conferences.  This room is equipped with a P.A. System and wireless internet access.  There are no kitchen facilities.  

 

If you wish to reserve any room, you must contact  the Catering Coordinator at The Lakehouse Hotel and Resort. 760-653-3210. If approved, you will be subject to the rules below.

 

 

ROOM RENTAL RULES

 
  • In most cases, a set-up/clean-up fee is required for room use.  The Lakehouse Catering Department will provide you the proper pay schedule for your room reservation.

  • You must be in good standing to attend club meetings at the facility

  • You must be in good standing to rent rooms for events

  • If you are sponsering an event you must be in attendance

  • The member who is sponsoring the event is solely rerssponsible for the room

  • All functions must be approved by the Lakehouse Catering department

  • Club meetings at the Lodge can book their meetings/events 90 days in advance.

  • Lodge members may bring in their own food for events but outside caterers are not allowed.  If you would like your event catered, you are required to procure the services of the catering department at the Lakehouse for ALL food. When catering, if any outside food is brought in to the exception of a cake, there will be a fine of $ 350 charged to you.

  • Alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State of California, therefore, no liquor may be brought to any event from an outside source.   In the event that you wish to have liquor at your event, it must be serviced directly through the Lakehouse catering department and the order must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event.  Contact the Lakehouse Catering Department for further information.  There will be a $1,000 fine for any violation of this rule.

  • A $50 or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) is required at the time of reservation, for any room.  Deposits are NOT refundable if the event is not canceled a minimum of 30 days prior to event.  The Lakehouse reserves the right to require a refundable cleaning and repair deposit as well as requiring security services at your cost.  All events require to have a credit card on file, and submit the signed Credit Card Form.  You may pay with a check, cash or cashier’s check.  Any personal checks must be received two weeks prior to your event.  All checks to be made out to St Mark Golf.  Any check returned, marked NSF, will result in a $ 25 returned check fee applied against the credit card on file.

  • Cleaning furniture, fixture, and equipment replacement and damage repair costs will be charged, first against any deposit and then the credit card on file. A minimum charge of $100 will be levied for any missing or damaged tables and/or chairs.  A minimum charge of $200 will be levied for damage or loss to the microphone.

  • It is very important that you do not come to prepare for your party before the scheduled set-up time.  You may ask at the Lakehouse Catering Department to check the status of your set-up.  Please be courteous to those attending a function that may not be finished when you arrive.  Their event is as important as yours.

  • All functions must be finished by their scheduled time to allow clean-up, breakdown and set-up for the next scheduled event.  A minimum of $50 will be levied for this violation.  Any of your personal items not removed from the facilities within 24 hours after your function may be disposed of by us without notice.

  • You must bring your own supplies when decorating and DO NOT use nails, screws, staples, thumbtacks, push pins, glitter, straw, hay, scotch tape or duct tape.  The only tape allowed is masking tape.  Hooks have been provided around doors, windows and other areas for hanging lights and decorations.  A minimum of $10 will be levied for each violation of the above

  • Linens are not provided and are the sole responsibility of the party themselves.

  • Due to insurance limitations, we will no longer supply guests with ladders or allow guests to use their own for decorating.  This includes standing on chairs.  If help is needed, please ask for assistance.

  • No dancing powder is allowed on the floor and no rice throwing is allowed at weddings.

  • NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10PM.  Please respect our close neighbors.

  • There will be a banquet staff member assigned to your event who will give you access the day of your event to the banquet space and be available to close space when your group is finished.

  • We do not supply any projection equipment, electrical equipment, bulletin boards, poster boards, easels or extension cords.

  • You are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities by any of your guests or invitees.

  • We are not responsible for any theft or loss of items at the facilities.  Neither are we responsible for any theft or loss of items out of your car or any other event attendee’s car.
